$150 non-refundable fee per child is due at the time of application or re-enrollment.
A $50 late fee per child will be assessed for all re-enrollments that are received after March 1st.

Payment Plans
(must be selected upon enrollment)
Plan A: All tuition and appropriate fees paid in full by June 1st.
Plan B: All appropriate fees and 60% of full year’s tuition are due by June 1st. The second payment is 40% of the tuition plus an administrative charge of $25 -- due by November 1st.
Plan C: All appropriate fees paid to AHA by June 1st. Monthly payments made through FACTS Tuition Management Company. (AHA’s Tuition Payment Administrator). FACTS charges a fee of $41 per school year for tuition management.
Note: The Re-enrollment Fee is due at time of enrollment.
Tuition Discounts: Families with more than one child are charged full tuition for the student in the highest grade. A 10% discount is applied for each additional child’s tuition in grades K-8 only.

Financial Assistance
Applications for financial assistance are available online at www.factstuitionaid.com for students in Kindergarten thru 8th grade. Requests for financial assistance will be addressed based on need and as funds are available as determined by FACTS Management. The ultimate decision of the scholarship amount is determined by the AHA Scholarship Committee. AHA applies for annual subvention from the Charleston Jewish Federation in support of scholarship funding. All information regarding scholarships is kept in strictest confidence.
Please Note:
FACTS may assess a scholarship application fee. A minimum tuition of $500 is required for each student accepted for enrollment. Registration, lunch and building/security fees are not eligible for reduction or scholarship.
